Warranty & Repair Policy:
Our warranty policy ensures your protection in the event of any material, design, or workmanship flaws in a purchased product. We are committed to assisting you with any concerns you may have. The applicable warranty period for each product can be found in the respective product descriptions.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products sold through our website (unless otherwise specified in the product description), starting from the original date of purchase as indicated on your invoice. Please note that this warranty only applies to products sold within the U.A.E.
Exceptions to the Warranty:
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Defects or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow proper usage instructions.
- Damages caused by dropping the product or exposure to water or other liquids, even if the product is labeled as waterproof or water-resistant.
- Visible signs indicating that an unauthorized service center has tampered with the product.
- Damage to the product cover due to excessive wear and tear, improper ventilation, or other unusual factors.
- Damage caused by malware or other malicious software.
Obtaining Warranty Service
Step 1: To initiate a warranty service request, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing with your product.
For orders placed within Dubai:
Step 2: Upon receiving your email, we will arrange a pick-up service from your specified address, free of charge.
For orders placed outside Dubai:
Step 2: Upon receiving your email, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of an authorized service center.
To be noted: Please ensure that you send the entire defective product, including all accessories and the original box. Failure to include any missing items may result in the warranty procedure being unsuccessful.
Once we receive your product, our technicians will inspect and analyze the issues present. If the issue is covered under warranty, our authorized service provider will require a minimum of 5 days to repair the product. However, depending on the nature of the fault, this repair duration may extend to 14 days or longer. We will communicate the estimated time needed to service your product once it is in our service facility.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to any subsequent purchaser. It is only applicable in the country of purchase, specifically the U.A.E.
- If your product is eligible for warranty coverage and complies with our warranty policies, the repair will be conducted free of charge.
- In the event that your product has irreparable issues but is still covered by the warranty, we will provide a replacement unit. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
- If your product is not covered by warranty or is not in compliance with our warranty policies, our service provider will contact you to discuss the issues with your product and any incurred repair fees, if applicable.
Please note that we do not offer delivery services for repaired products. Customers are required to personally collect their repaired products from the designated service center.
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Clients should directly contact the manufacturer service center for warranty service on products that are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
