Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are pleased with TransUpgrade’s quality. However, if you are facing any issues with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit.

Please read below for more information on our return and refund policy. 

General Return Policy:

1. The return window for products purchased at TransUpgrade is valid for a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the item. You may request a return within this period.

2. Products must meet specific criteria to be eligible for return. They must be new, unopened, unused, and in the same condition and packaging as when you received them. All tags and labels should also be intact. 

3. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

4. To initiate a return, kindly send an email to info@transupgrade.com and provide your order number, reason for returning products, and visual proof showing that the items are in the same condition and packaging as when received.

5. Upon receipt of your return request, we will process your request and arrange for a return pickup service from your location. Please note that this service is only available in Dubai.

6. Once we receive the returned items, our team will conduct a thorough check to determine whether you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. 

Refund Policy:

1. Upon receiving your returned item and conducting a thorough inspection to validate the claimed issues, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the inspection process may take up to 7 days. 

2. Once your return is approved, you have the option to choose between a bank transfer or store credit as your preferred refund method. In the case of a bank transfer, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement, timing may vary depending on your bank's policies.

Important Points to Consider:

  • In the event of receiving a damaged or defective non-returnable item, please contact us directly within the first 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Please note that certain items may not qualify for return, including cases where: 
    • Customers are dissatisfied with the chosen model or colour
    • An incorrect order or model was purchased by the customer
  • Returns of used products are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects and when the product is still under warranty.
    • Returns of gift cards are not accepted.
